Job description
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm- 10:30pm; OT as needed by the business
What You Will Do
Execute production work orders within your assigned product line and/or work cell in strict compliance with approved procedures.
Demonstrate versatility by rotating across multiple stations within the department.
Take ownership of personal production output; maintain production logs and/or collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, daily/weekly cleanings, and process improvement suggestions.
Promote operational excellence by contributing to safety programs, cost reduction efforts, and ongoing quality and reliability improvements.
Maintain required competencies for all assigned stations and ensure compliance with GMP, procedures, and company policies.
Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team-based environment.
Provide feedback on opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, punctuality, accountability, and respectful workplace behaviors.
What you Need
Preferred
High School diploma/GED
1 year related experience
Clean Room experience
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
