Job description
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to drive project governance and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations in our site in Skawina. We’re a high-integrity team that values accountability, curiosity, and purpose. What will you do:
- Lead the implementation and governance of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
- Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets.
- Improve project delivery capability by driving consistency, predictability, and efficiency across initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and decision-making.
- Lead cost reduction and process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and VSM methodologies.
- Execute Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and implement best practices for waste reduction and quality enhancement.
- Utilize data-driven tools (Power BI, Minitab, MES systems) to track performance and support digital transformation.
- Lead initiatives in sustainability, including energy efficiency and waste reduction.
- Support Industry 4.0 transformation, including automation and predictive analytics.
- Mentor and train employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles.
What you need:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or Engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing budgets leading cost reduction, Lean events (Kaizen, VSM), or process optimization projects.
- Strong background in project governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
Preferred
- Experience in the medical device industry or similarly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
