This exciting business unit is looking for a Project Associate to join the team — a high-exposure, cross-functional role that offers a strong launchpad into a long-term career in MedTech.
About the role
This is a unique entry-point role for someone early in their career who wants to build broad capability across project management, marketing, engineering, analytics and commercial operations.
You’ll work across multiple functions in the Communications BU and gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, processes and analysis that enable complex hospital projects to be won and delivered successfully.
This role is ideal for someone with a marketing or engineering background who is curious about both commercial and technical pathways, and motivated to grow a long-term career at Stryker.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Tender management support (Sales / Marketing / Engineering)
Coordinate and support tender responses across internal and external stakeholders
Help gather, structure and manage inputs from sales, marketing and engineering teams

Support pricing governance, version control and internal communication of updates
Critical system ownership (including JDE)
Support ownership and administration of key digital systems used by the BU (including JDE and other critical tools)
Help maintain data integrity, system processes and user support workflows
Work with internal stakeholders to improve usability, consistency and process adherence
Data & analytics support
Work across business data sources to support reporting and analysis
Assist in building insights that support planning, performance tracking and decision-making
Help identify trends, gaps and opportunities across commercial and project activity
Commercial and industry analysis
Support commercial analysis for business planning, pricing and performance improvement
Contribute to industry and market analysis to help inform strategy and execution
Prepare clear, practical summaries and insights for internal stakeholders
Who this role would suit:
You may be:
A recent graduate (or early-career professional) in marketing, engineering, biomedical engineering, commerce, business, or a related field
Someone who enjoys both technical detail and commercial problem-solving
Looking for a role that gives you breadth, exposure and long-term career pathways
Energised by fast-moving environments where priorities can shift and no two days are the same
