Job description
What You Will Be Doing:
Onboarding
- Oversee distribution of name cards & name tags.
- Conduct office orientation specifically for JR related.
- Arrange onboarding for other functional team leader.
Office Facility Management
- Address ad hoc office requirements.
- Support Training and Marketing room maintenance.
Sales Support Coordination
- Manage all aspect of Contract, Pricing, Approvals.
- Local event catering arrangement.
- Handle in-office shipments, packing and unpacking of items for workshops/trainings.
- Salesforce & Case tracker data entry and report extraction.
- Manage private patients implant card.
- Logistics arrangements for internal sales events.
- On-site event support.
- Case booking support.
- Assist CER/IRR submission.
- Set up Salesforce access account for new hires.
- Update Instrument and implant kit checklist.
- Assist CT scan administrative.
General Administrative Support to Sales Team, including
- Support customers, dealers & team members in routine administration work.
- Document filing & preparation including quotations, tenders, contracts, SOP.
- Meeting arrangements & meeting minutes/follow up.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or above
- Strong MS Office skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive and ability to be hands-on and work with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
