Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist for our Endoscopy/SportsMed division to drive our growth in South Russia .

What you will do:

  • Drives sales performance within assigned territory, prioritizing opportunities, managing pipeline activity, and delivering agreed targets compliantly.

  • Uses customer, market and pipeline insights to plan activities, prioritize opportunities, and support business growth.

  • Identifies customer needs, presents tailored solutions, supports decision-making, negotiates within guidelines, and closes opportunities.

  • Builds trusted customer relationships, delivers responsive support, and ensures excellent service throughout the customer journey.

  • Maintains strong product and clinical knowledge, providing compliant guidance and credible customer support.

  • Supports channel partners through training, commercial guidance, and alignment on customer opportunities and sales execution.

  • Collaborates effectively across teams, shares knowledge, supports others, and acts as a professional role model.

  • Builds strong cross-functional partnerships through communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

  • Uses data and customer insights to identify needs, drive improvements, and support business objectives.

  • Continuously develops capabilities while supporting onboarding, learning, and knowledge sharing.

  • Delivers performance goals, leverages data and CRM insights, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you need

Required

  • 2+ years of professional experience (or 6+ months at Stryker) in a similar role

  • English proficiency

  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant regulations

  • University degree, diploma, or equivalent experience

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Exeperience in similar field would be a plus (Sports Medicine/Endoscopy)

  • Commercial acumen and business experience
