Automation Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in finance automation, you will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities within finance processes, setting priorities based on predefined criteria, and working closely with developers and internal resources to implement these solutions. You will also help educate internal teams on automation benefits and ensure the necessary controls are maintained for audit compliance.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in similar industries
Skills:
Experience with automation tools and BPM tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, basic knowledge of statistics, and experience in process and data flow documentation.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Project Management: Knowledge or certification in project management and Agile methodologies preferred.
Lean Six Sigma: Yellow/Green Belt certification is a plus
Fluent in English, speaking other language is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis: Identify and prioritize automation opportunities within existing finance processes.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions.
Project Management: Oversee and support automation implementations, tracking and reporting progress to management.
Stakeholder Education: Educate teams on automation benefits, types, and prioritization criteria.
Control Assurance: Ensure that automations align with process controls, allowing for effective audit assessments post-implementation.
