Associate Territory Manager - Upper Extremities - Queensland

Role Overview

The Associate Territory Manager – Upper Extremities supports sales growth and clinical adoption of Stryker’s shoulder arthroplasty, trauma, and reconstructive solutions. This role partners closely with Territory Managers and provides in‑theatre clinical support to surgeons and healthcare professionals. This role can be based in the Gold Coast or Brisbane, providing coverage across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

  • In‑theatre clinical and technical support for orthopaedic procedures
  • Support sales execution and territory planning
  • Develop product expertise across shoulder arthroplasty and trauma
  • Coordinate inventory management and product availability
  • Analyse territory data to identify growth opportunities
  • Build professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff
  • Support achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • 1+ year experience in sales, healthcare, or customer‑facing roles
  • Experience working in hospital or clinical environments
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Allied health qualifications (nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science)
  • Medical device, orthopaedic, or clinical support experience
  • Exposure to sales targets, KPIs, or commercial environments
