We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager – ProCare Service ANZ to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on building technical sales capability, commercial acumen and account management skills to set you up for long-term career growth.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of Stryker’s ProCare service contracts across ANZ, while managing and developing relationships within an existing customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare sales, product lifecycle solutions and customer account management.
You’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous development. With strong onboarding and ongoing support, success in this role will come from your curiosity, energy and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do
Support the ANZ region with ProCare sales and implementation activities
Manage the day-to-day relationships and service needs of existing ProCare customers
Build strong, trust-based relationships with engineers, technicians, equipment managers, clinicians and commercial stakeholders
Partner closely with Sales Managers, Territory Managers and the Marketing team on territory planning and execution
Identify and drive opportunities to grow ProCare service contracts and broader portfolio presence
Gather and utilise account-level insights to support sales strategy and decision-making
Stay up to date with products, service offerings and industry developments
What you'll bring
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, service or account management, ideally within healthcare or a related environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong interest in business development and customer outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing and service teams
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and plan your territory effectively
A curious, adaptable approach with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industries
Exposure to service-based sales, contracts or lifecycle solutions
Understanding of hospital systems, tenders or the healthcare landscape in Australia
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
A tertiary qualification in a related field
