The Role
We are seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our Neurovascular team. Neurovascular (NV) focuses on minimally invasive technologies used to treat conditions of the blood vessels in the brain, including stroke and aneurysms—helping clinicians restore blood flow quickly and protect brain health when every second matters. Be responsible for selling lifesaving products.
This is a unique opportunity being the first Associate Territory Manager for this Business Division. The successful candidate will work with experienced, tenured and knowledgeable sales reps to build their sales acumen and clinical expertise.
As our portfolio expands through major product launches and acquisitions, you’ll play a critical role in the operating theatre, supporting clinicians, accelerating adoption of new technology, and helping shape the future of stroke and aneurysm treatment in Australia.
What You Will Do
- Support neurovascular procedures by providing in-theatre case coverage, ensuring correct and safe use of products to optimize patient outcomes.
- Execute product launches by supporting new technology introductions, contributing to adoption targets and early market share growth.
- Partner with clinicians to deliver clinical education and procedural guidance before, during, and after cases.
- Build territory performance by supporting sales plans, account activity, and growth initiatives across NSW.
- Maintain product readiness through inventory coordination, case preparation, and post‑procedure reconciliation.
- Analyse territory data to identify case opportunities, coverage needs, and areas for increased utilisation.
- Collaborate nationally by flexibly travelling to support other Australian territories during high-demand periods.
- Develop toward Territory Manager readiness by progressively owning accounts and contributing to revenue and usage growth.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Radiography, Exercise Science, or a related health or science discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience post‑graduation in a clinical, healthcare, or medical environment.
- Current driver’s license valid in Australia.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting medical procedures, devices, or hospital-based clinical workflows.
- Clinical exposure to interventional, surgical, or acute care settings.
Additional Information
- Work Arrangement: Field-based; Sydney/NSW territory with flexibility for interstate travel (including Queensland and Victoria).
- Travel: Regular regional travel with occasional national travel as required.
- Career Path: Structured development pathway to Territory Manager, with future territory ownership opportunities anticipated from 2028.
- Benefits: Competitive compensation with bonus opportunity, comprehensive onboarding and training, paid parental leave, health and wellbeing programs, and volunteer days.
