We are  currently seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager role to join our expanding Neurosurgical team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a perfect opportunity for junior sales professionals or healthcare practitioners looking to make the jump to medical devices, with a strong focus on Capital equipment and its associated consumables.

Your role will involve:

  • Conducting activities to drive sales growth and expand market share by supporting the Neurosurgical product portfolio for new and existing customers
  • Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff in maximising the application of Stryker products.
  • Providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required, including product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.
  • Offer clinical support to our Adelaide business (short day or 1-night trips every 2-3 weeks)

Skills and Experience:

  • A knack for selling, ideally with some practical sales experience to date.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a sales-focused mindset.
  • Desire to integrate into a high-performing team with a previous track record of achievement.
  • Medical or allied health background (preferred) but a genuine interest in anatomy and healthcare is a must!
