Job description

At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Foot & Ankle team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the clinical side of the business, support surgeons in theatre and develop the skills to grow your own territory over time.

You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team and supported by a Territory Manager who values teamwork, communication and ongoing development. You’ll receive extensive product and clinical training, but you’ll need to bring curiosity, high energy and a self-driven approach to learning quickly.

What you’ll do:

  • Support surgeons in theatre during Foot & Ankle procedures

  • Provide clinical and technical guidance across your hospitals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre teams

  • Work closely with your Territory Manager on business planning and execution

  • Identify opportunities to grow the Foot & Ankle portfolio

  • Deliver education sessions and product training to hospital staff

  • Manage instruments, stock and case preparation across your territory

  • Sales or healthcare experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
