Job description

What You Will Do

  • Associate Technical Services Coordinator is primarily responsible to maintain professional link between Customer and Technical Services (and other sales divisions) on Stryker’s products. The role provides support to workshop operations and delivers documentation to internal and external customers, proactively addressing customer needs and expectations.

  • Supporting the technical team in carrying out Stryker-owned day-to-day activities.

  • Coordination of service tasks and events.

  • Keeping track of install base records, and receiving service calls.

  • Communication with customers, suppliers and other Stryker departments

  • Report all service events into Stryker Service ERP system.

  • Preparing commercial offers for service parts, contracts, warranty extensions in local tenders.

  • Invoicing and document control incoming from Customers.

  • Complaints handling and field actions planning.

  • Timely collect service offers prepared by services after annual checks or customer visits, send them to the customer and follow up to receive quote accept.

  • Timely update Install Base in terms of new installations and completed PPM, annual check, service contracts data.

  • Timely enter new RO, service contracts and all updates regarding RO coming form customers, sales or service, to the ProCare database..

  • Timely manage ProCare/Medical mail account to provide on time update to the customer

  • Supply backup equipment (loaners) and work according to deadlines and local regulations

  • Preparing the repaired products, making sure they are packaged appropriately, and providing the right paperwork such as delivery notes that clearly include the customer's ship address and contact information before turning them over to courier services for delivery.

  • Managing large amounts of incoming orders and calls or contacts

  • Resolve customer requirements on time by clarifying customer feedback and complaints; determining the cause of the concern; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution to the customer’s satisfaction per company procedures and standards.

What You Will Need

  • Experience in Technical Services, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills


Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
