Job description

What you will do 

  • Support execution of supply planning (MRP) activities for an assigned Finished Goods  portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely updates in ERP systems 

  • Monitor inventory positions and supply plan execution to support agreed service levels and customer requirements 

  • Analyze planning data and key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service level, delivery performance, inventory health)  

  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment between plans and execution 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to supply planning processes, data quality, and standard ways of working. 

 

What you need 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office: Advance Excel skills is a must - including pivot table, advanced features and macro understanding. Good command of PowerPoint

  • Understanding of inventory management, service levels, lead times, and capacity considerations. 

  • Fluency in English

Preferred 

  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience in supply, demand, or production planning or within a broader supply chain role (internship experience may be considered) 

  • Experience supporting Finished Goods Operations and/or contract manufacturing (OEM/CM) environments 

  • Exposure to advanced planning solutions (APS) or integrated planning tools such as SAP IBP - would be an asset 

  • Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent. - would be an asset 


Poland Pay Ranges:

  • Poland: zł96.500 - zł160.900 PLN Annual
