Job description
What you will do
- Maintain appropriate minimum order quantities and safety stock levels for service parts in the Distribution Centre and storage lockers/vans.
- Manage the service parts lifecycle, including phase-out assessments and disposition investigations.
- Create and maintain accurate service part forecasts, analyzing historical data, market trends, product lifecycle, and other key factors.
- Serve as the primary planning contact for business partners, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
- Support the inventory planning team with process improvements, reporting, documentation, and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Service, ProCare, and Contracts teams to ensure adequate stock and forecasts for customer service needs.
- Develop KPI reporting to analyze and optimize demo and loaner inventory performance.
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel
Preferred:
- Experience in supply chain analysis, inventory, finance, or related area
- Working knowledge of Power BI
