Job description

What You Will Do  

As a Spine Enabling Technologies Associate Sales Representative, you assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Enabling Technologies products to meet our customers’ needs. As an ET Associate Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better. 

  • Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting to push yourself to exceed each goal.  

  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. 

  • Use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.  

  • Meticulously managing and maintaining your sample inventory of products and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises.  

  • Cover open territories, which will give you the opportunity to grow in your responsibilities. 

 

What You Need  

Required: 

  • Bachelors Degree  

 

Preferred: 

  • 1+  year in medical device or B2B sales  

 

Additional Information  

  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. 

  • Must have a valid driver's license. 

  • Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. 

  • This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.
