Job description
What you will do
As a part-time, contract, Associate Sales Representative, you will promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships. This position will be 15 hours per week for an 8 month period.
- Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas.
- Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Perform audits and provide accurate documentation and reporting in Excel and other applications.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs.
What you need
Required:
- University Degree
- Proficiency in Excel
Preferred:
- Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines
- 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales
- 1+ years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting
Additional Information:
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
- Must have a valid driver’s license
