What you will do
As an Associate Sales Representative at Stryker, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Joint Replacement and Trauma sales team. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and healthcare professionals to drive the adoption of our life-changing technologies and ensure the safe and effective use of our medical devices in clinical settings. If you have a strong understanding of anatomy, thrive in high-pressure environments like the operating room, and are passionate about improving patient outcomes — this is the opportunity for you. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
- Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products
- Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products
- Serve as a technical expert in joint replacement and trauma product lines, leveraging your knowledge of anatomy and procedural workflows
- Track territory activity and report progress to Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Directors
- Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
- Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products
What you need
Required:
- University Degree
- 1+ years in an outside sales position
Preferred:
- University Degree in Biomedical Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
Additional Information:
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
- Must have a valid driver’s license
