Job description
Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Surgeon Education Program Manager to join our Joint Replacement team.

Responsibilities:
With our consultant surgeons, develop and deliver robotic training activities to educate our customers on the safe and effective use of Stryker products and technologies.
Lead the development of regional training lab process and business justification for when they are to be utilized vs national program.
Develop, deliver, and manage a customer online training portal to support account launches and post course training resources for customers
Lead the development and implementation of VR strategy across Marketing and Medical Education aligned with U.S. and APAC vision and centred on AUS/NZ market needs.
Lead the surgical virtual observation process for JR needs aligning with Medical Education on shared SSP goals / technology and/or APAC.
Successful candidates will have:
Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and communication skills
Experience in training and education including content development
Experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not required
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, nursing, physiotherapy or other related specialities
