Job description

Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Surgeon Education Program Manager to join our Joint Replacement team.

Responsibilities:

  • With our consultant surgeons, develop and deliver robotic training activities to educate our customers on the safe and effective use of Stryker products and technologies.

  • Lead the development of regional training lab process and business justification for when they are to be utilized vs national program.

  • Develop, deliver, and manage a customer online training portal to support account launches and post course training resources for customers

  • Lead the development and implementation of VR strategy across Marketing and Medical Education aligned with U.S. and APAC vision and centred on AUS/NZ market needs.

  • Lead the surgical virtual observation process for JR needs aligning with Medical Education on shared SSP goals / technology and/or APAC.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and communication skills

  • Experience in training and education including content development

  • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not required

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, nursing, physiotherapy or other related specialities
