Job description
This role will lead the setup and continuous development of a robust 3PL management system in Hong Kong, managing 3PLs and interfacing with commercial and other functional teams with the objective to optimize the utilization of working capital and increase service levels for customers. This role will also play a critical part in management of short term & long term consignment kits and drive efficiency & accuracy of the process with 3PL The planning team also has dotted line reporting into this role; the role has overall ownership of all supply chain related processes for HK.
You will lead the Operations team in HK and collaborate with the outsourced Order Management team to enhance the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process flow and ultimately drive the optimal cost-to-serve model. You will also partner with the Planning team to monitor inventory levels for stock allocation and fulfilment, and to provide timely responses to customers’ enquiries.
