Job description
This position aims to build solid mid-long growth strategy for Shoulder business, including product launches, pricing and channel strategy, in order to grow sustainably in a profitable way. Main responsibilities include developing annual marketing plan and executing in a timely manner to achieve sales target & OPINC target.
What you will do:
• Author key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc
• Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements
• Market analysis and data management to understand market dynamics and capture core insight
• Develop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning
• Effective communication with sales for successful delivery of marketing plans
• Manage key products launches
• Reinforce Stryker branding and reinforce engagement with KOLs
• Demonstrate financial acumen
• Strategically design value-added MedEd programs
• Budget management: NA, CER, and samples etc.
• Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years of work experience required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA preferred
• 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
