Job description
What you will do
- Manage and monitor demo and asset inventories across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability for customer demonstrations, sales, and clinical trials.
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory, shortages, or overages.
- Maintain a detailed asset tracking system for demo and loaner equipment, ensuring all equipment is logged, tracked, and accounted for.
- Provide regular reports on inventory levels, asset utilization, aging inventory, and rotation schedules.
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams to manage asset depreciation and product lifecycle tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure demo equipment is available and functional for customer engagements, presentations, and hands-on training.
- Manage requests for demo units, ensuring timely delivery and proper condition of equipment.
- Monitor usage patterns and suggest adjustments to inventory strategies based on demand and sales forecasts.
What you need
- B.Tech with 7 years + of experience in supply chain or MBAs with 4+ years of experience
- Supreme analytical & problem solving skills
- Customer Centric Mindset
- Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plus
- Program or project management experience is desirable
