What You Will Do

This role is responsible for leading and managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse and logistics activities in Argentina. The individual will play a key role in optimizing inventory, reducing costs, and implementing best practices while maintaining high service levels and meeting business objectives. This position requires active involvement at the Distribution Center (DC) located in the northern zone of Buenos Aires, collaboration with local and global stakeholders, and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead and manage 3PL teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to achieve operational goals and business targets. Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyze operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Manage shift planning and rostering with 3PL providers to ensure smooth operations and adequate staffing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting business operations at local and regional levels.
• Ensure that 3PL team members are properly trained, competent, and aligned with the company's standards.
• Collaborate with neighboring functions to exceed customer expectations and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Promote employee engagement, fostering a motivated, positive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.

What you need:

Required:

• Advanced English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience managing 3PLs
• Previous experience with warehousing management
• ERP Knowledge
• Advanced excel level

Preferred:

• Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Power BI experience
