Associate Manager, Production

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

• Assist manufacturing manager on the department organization design.

协助生产经理完成部门组织设计和实施。

• Optimize operator’s monthly bonus program to motivate employee daily right behaviors.

优化员工的月度奖金机制来激励员工正确的行为。

• Assist manufacturing manager on the department/ company level CI projects/tasks/activities.

协助生产经理完成部门或公司层面的CI项目/任务/活动。

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:

• Driving manufacturing daily management into systematization and digitalization.  Such as tool life、OEE, etc.

推动生产部日常管理工作的系统化、数字化。

• Lead operator’s daily SMED team  and keep higher quality and shorten lead time。

组建/领导换型团队，推动员工换型的高质量和短周期。

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Excellent interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.

卓越的人际沟通及管理技巧。

• Familiar with analytical tools, such as FMEA, process control plan and SPC.

熟悉分析工具，例如FMEA，制程管控及SPC。

• Good PC skills

计算机熟练。

• Effective organizational skills.

高效的组织管理技巧。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

经验要求：

• 8+ years related manufacturing or technical experience preferred.

8年以上流类相关生产管理或技术经验优先。

• Supervisory experience preferred.

有管理经验优先。

• Experience in developing and working with small group problem solving teams preferred.

有小型问题解决型团队经验优先。

EDUCATION

教育背景：

• B. S. in Engineering (preferred)

本科（工程类优先）

·       B.B.A. or B.S. in related curriculum.

相关专业的工商管理学士或理学士
