Stryker Mako is a robotic orthopedic surgical system that has performed over 1.5 million procedures worldwide. It is installed in more than 45 countries and has over 1,500 patent applications globally.

The position will lead indirectly the Mako Product Specialists team (this is not a people manager role) providing technical support to the sales team and conducting high-level discussions with orthopedic surgeons to address questions and assist in the Mako sales process.

  • Collaborate in creating strategies for the sales area, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, aligning with the company's objectives.
  • Stay updated on technological innovations and market trends to provide more effective and up-to-date support to customers and the sales team.
  • Segment the sales area and define a focus on acquiring new customers in collaboration with the implant sales team, maximizing market penetration.
  • Be accountable for clinical selling, identifying, and developing key clinical advocates, and guiding them through the sales funnel (Mako Pathway).
  • Educate surgeons and staff on the clinical benefits of the robot and best practices with confidence, enthusiasm, and respect.
  • Participate in in-house meetings to discuss organizational, development, and business issues, enhancing relevant knowledge and skills.

What you will need –

  • B.S. degree certificate is required.
  • At least an advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Previous experience in a multinational, matrix organization is required.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time across Mexico is required.
  • Previous experience in orthopedic companies is desired.
  • Previous experience in Medical Devices is desired.
