Job description
What you will do:
You will oversee the design, development, testing, and enhancement of HR systems (e.g., Workday, HR ServiceNow) while managing a team of HR Systems Analysts. You will develop process automation solutions following industry best practices and provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring their technical growth and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will manage operational support, including performance monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. As a first-line supervisor or manager, you will delegate tasks and ensure team and project success while balancing technical development with business needs.
Lead and enhance technology capabilities through implementation and improvement roadmaps aligned with the global HR strategy, leveraging expertise in Workday and HR ServiceNow, including system functionality, data flow, and organizational structure.
Collaborate with HR system technical stakeholders and functional experts to ensure requirements are met, advise on system configurations, and coordinate activities related to system users, significant events, and critical testing schedules.
Provide leadership and supervision by setting objectives, coaching team members, evaluating performance, and ensuring they are motivated to deliver high-quality service and strong results.
Provide and coach on consultative expertise to advise business outcomes from beginning of design process through deployment, influencing design/outcome. Will also review or set priorities globally and cross functionally.
Drive consistent deployment methodology within the team inclusive of requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, and supporting implementations.
Serve as escalation path for HR technical analysts and helps to resolve conflicts as necessary
Understand and anticipate cause and effect impacts around touchpoints within integrated systems.
Drive employee engagement, developing action plans to increase employee’s overall satisfaction with Stryker as a place to work
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Information Technology.
At least 6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining HR technologies and leading people/teams (including setting direction, developing talent, and delivering results)
Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and recommend changes to business processes/reports.
Expert understanding of cloud-based technologies and object-oriented data models.
Strong knowledge of data privacy and other relevant HR data regulations.
Experience working in an enterprise technology environment, including HRIS infrastructure with touchpoints such as ServiceNow (HRSD), Azure DevOps, Exchange, Workday (e.g. HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation).
Preferred:
Workday Pro and ServicesNowCertifications.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
