As a people leader, you will set technical direction, develop talent, and drive new product development and continuous improvement—building a high-performing team that delivers scalable, high-quality processes to support successful commercialization.
What You Will Do:
- Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team by attracting, developing, retaining, and coaching talent, setting clear objectives, and driving individual and team performance.
- Lead projects and initiatives end-to-end—including planning, budgeting, staffing, and execution—while solving technical, business, and team challenges and making sound project-level decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively to influence stakeholders, translate technical and regulatory concepts, and drive innovation and business outcomes.
- Oversee extrusion process development, including material selection, optimization, troubleshooting, and equipment support, ensuring consistent output that meets specifications, quality standards, and design criteria.
- Ensure execution aligns with established protocols, technical documentation, and cross-functional requirements.
- Drive financial accountability, including cost center budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
- Support customer-focused initiatives such as Voice of Customer and customer-centric design with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and model compliance with regulatory requirements, procedures, and design controls.
- Review and approve (or delegate) technical documentation and project deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:

- 6+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
