Job description

What You Will Do 

As the Associate Manage you will lead the Clinical Specialists within the specified region which includes hiring, on-boarding and training, managing the clinical support schedule, setting and delivering performance objectives, ensuring all Clinical Specialist job duties are being met, properly handling any performance management situations and writing annual reviews 

  • Responsible for ensuring and managing facility case support, Clinical Specialist on-call schedules, and point person for customer communications 
  • Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious manner 
  • May provide case coverage at accounts in designated geography 
  • Support the execution of the sales plan as well as grow the utilization of the Enabling Technologies product portfolio by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons 
  • Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance 
  • Partner with other cross functional teams in selling the clinical benefits of the company’s products, drive continuous account growth and case volume 
  • In conjunction with Clinical Specialists, identify and execute opportunities to participate in cross-divisional labs for product education 
  • Support the conversion of competitive doctors to use Stryker Enabling Technology products 

What You Will Need  

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 6 years of relevant work experience     

Preferred: 

  • 2+ years leadership experience preferred 

Additional Information   

  • This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.   
  • Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs 
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects 
  • Must have a valid driver's license

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
