What you will do:
The Associate Manager, Business Analysis Automation leads a team of business and systems analysts, combining analytical expertise with managerial responsibilities. This role focuses on assessing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and overseeing implementation to enhance efficiency. Strong communication skills are essential for driving discussions, troubleshooting, and educating stakeholders on automation possibilities. Close collaboration with managers and developers ensures process improvements align with company priorities while maintaining compliance and internal controls. Ultimately, this role plays a key part in optimizing operations through technology-driven automation.
Lead the strategy of the Business analyst team within the automation organization.
Manage requirements, coordinate technical aspects, engage resources, and report to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Recommend solutions that align with organizational goals while actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and bringing new ideas.
Assess the impact of system changes and enhancements while supporting business process redesign and improvement efforts.
Collaborate to identify, document, and communicate business needs.
Deployment of the Process Excellence Model across the areas.
Provide training and mentoring to organization.
May performs system support activities to ensure production support service levels are met.
What you need:
Required:
At least 5 years of experience leading automation projects and strategies in finance and managing teams within a global company, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven experience as an Automation Business Analyst designing automations in RPA, VBA, and ERPs.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Advanced English level (B2+).
Working knowledge of standard agile, project management, and visual diagramming tools.
Preferred:
Experience with Automation (RPA, Scripting), Data Analytics, or Microsoft Power Platform.
Green Belt / Black Belt certification.
