Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • Organizational Culture:

  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, HRBP to cultivate an engaged organizational culture.
  • Design and implement initiatives for a Great Place to Work in China.
  • Manage culture-related activities within the organization.
  • Execute programs to foster an engaged culture and address retention and change management.
  • Development Programs:

  • Develop and execute key programs aligned with China's HR strategy.This includes High Potential (HiPo) and sales enablement programs.
  • Analyze business requirements to customize programs and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Sales Enablement:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver sales enablement programs.
  • Support activities to enhance sales and marketing team capabilities.
  • Communication:

  • Lead internal HR communication, e.g., monthly newsletters.
  • Lead engagement survey, eg. Q12, Pulse
  • Build strong partnerships with managers to provide effective HR resources.
  • Ad Hoc Projects:

  • Undertake assigned projects to contribute to organizational development and success.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to managers.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree and above

  • Effective with managing multiple large initiatives and balancing the priorities

  • Ability to analyze business challenges an provide insight based on data

  • Ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across complex organizations and multi-site geographies

  • Fluent Chinese and English, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skill, good planner, presenter, team player and organizor

  • Be able to work independently and under pressure
