What you will do
Are you ready to work hands-on with cutting-edge robotic medical technology? As an Associate Field Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of advanced Stryker robotic systems. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair advanced Stryker robotic systems, ensuring seamless operation. With guidance and limited supervision, you'll troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site, becoming the go-to expert for our customers.
This is a field-based role in the state of Colorado. We are seeking an employee that is residentially located in Denver or the surrounding areas. The employee will travel (car or plane) up to 50% throughout the state Colorado and neighboring states to hospitals or surgery centers.
Expert Maintenance & Repairs – Ensure the optimal operation of Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation through skilled troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
Customer Relationship Management – Act as the primary liaison between our company and customers, addressing both technical and administrative needs with professionalism and expertise
Performance-Driven Impact – Play a key role in helping Stryker exceed financial goals and performance metrics by delivering top-tier service
Customer Satisfaction & Renewals – Provide outstanding service to ensure total customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships that lead to contract renewals
Sales & Growth Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives and MPS team members to identify and communicate potential sales opportunities and customer feedback
Inventory & Equipment Management – Oversee and maintain field inventory, tools, test equipment, and technical documentation to ensure seamless service operations
Proactive Service & Maintenance – Independently schedule and perform preventive maintenance, engineering updates (ECNs), and technical upgrades as needed
Exciting Travel & Training Opportunities – Support team members in other territories, assist at industry events, and train customers on equipment operation, software updates, and system maintenance
What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience in robotics or highly complex products
1 year of experience of robotics or highly complex product
Experience in a technical field service profession or in a relevant capacity
Work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
Experience lifting, pushing pulling and carrying up to 50 lbs
$28.01- $50.38 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
