Job description

Basic purpose of role/Why the job exists:

  • CT scan checking and segmentation

  • Design/planning of implant design with standard complexity

  • Support for ordering process and case coordination

  • Support post-processing and data transfer to manufacturing

Key skills:

  • Able to work for extended periods under general supervision.

  • Applies theoretical and practical knowledge to commonly encountered business/technical problems

  • Applies generally accepted concepts, principals and standards in well-defined areas

Ongoing regular tasks performed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis that may include small projects

Qualifications and Work Experience Required

  • Degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience

  • 0-2 years’ experience in medical device industry or equivalent

  • Prefer previous experience/educational training in a CAD design package

  • Prefer fundamental understanding of anatomy & medical imaging

  • Prefer demonstrated customer service experience and strong verbal and written communication skills
