Build a career that makes a difference—supporting healthcare, building your future.

At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. As a global leader in medical technology, we rely on organised, motivated team players to ensure our supply chain operates with precision and purpose. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structure, and wants to make an impact from day one, this role is your opportunity to grow.

About the Role

As our Associate Distribution Officer, you'll play a critical part in the logistics process—from receiving and dispatching life-saving medical equipment to supporting end-to-end warehouse operations. You'll ensure healthcare professionals get what they need, when they need it, so they can focus on delivering world-class patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Process inbound and outbound orders with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain clean and organised inventory systems and warehouse space

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, sourcing) to meet time-sensitive goals

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support process improvements

  • Uphold our high standards for safety, quality, and compliance

  • Engage in learning and development opportunities to support your growth

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, hands-on individual with a strong sense of accountability

  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail

  • Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced environment

  • A team player who communicates well and enjoys contributing to shared goals

  • An interest in supply chain, logistics, or healthcare (no prior experience required—we’ll train you)

Why Join Stryker?

  • Career Growth: Structured development and training from your first day

  • Purpose-Driven Work: Be part of a mission that directly impacts patient lives

  • Supportive Culture: Join a high-performing team that values integrity, excellence, and collaboration

  • Amazing Benefits: Enjoy financial, health, and well-being programs—including paid parental leave and volunteer days

If you’re ready to build a career that matters, we want to hear from you.
