Job description

Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 5:00am – 3:3pm, OT Required

What You Will Do:

This role supports the assembly of small, hand-held ENT medical devices within a clean room environment, working across structured assembly lines and production benches to ensure quality and efficiency. You’ll join a tenured, self-sufficient team, focusing on mastering repetitive tasks while driving both quality output and productivity.

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly components using hand and power tools
  • Follow detailed work instructions, test procedures, and quality documentation
  • Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations
  • Perform basic setup, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks on own work
  • Package finished products and prepare for shipment to spec (domestic/international)
  • Utilize tools such as pneumatic devices, presses, test equipment, and measuring tools
  • Maintain clean room standards, including full PPE and contamination controls
  • Support team-based production while also working independently when needed

What you need:

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

Physical Requirements

  • Clean room environment (PPE required: gown, gloves, hair/beard net, shoe covers)
  • No makeup, nail polish, or visible piercings (must be covered)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.


$20.25/hr plus bonus eligible and benefits.
