Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm- 12:00am, OT as needed by the business
What You Will Do
Assemble and test medical devices using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.
Comply with company policies, quality system requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify and report issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processes to engineering or supervisory staff.
Support team success by providing hands-on training and guidance to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Perform precision assembly work, including tasks that require the use of a microscope.
Contribute to the production of safe, high-quality medical devices that improve patient outcomes.
What You Will Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year manufacturing experience
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Experience performing small-part assembly and working under a microscope.
Knowledge of basic measuring tools and techniques, including scales, rulers, and U.S. and metric measurements.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform moderate lifting as part of daily job responsibilities.
Willingness to complete required job-specific and company training.
$27.05 Hourly plus bonus eligible + benefits
