Job description
Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 3:00pm – 1:30pm, OT required
What You Will Do
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines
- Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately
- Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards
- Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations
- Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area
- Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Familiarity with quality systems or regulated environments
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to work assigned shift and required overtime, including weekends
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry 10–50 lbs.; occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Perform repetitive motions and tasks for extended periods
- Stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
- Use hands for fine manipulation and coordination of tools/components
- Work in an environment that may involve noise and machinery
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
$21.25/hr + $2.00 shift premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
