Job description
We are looking to hire 2 people in the Northeast quadrant of the US. While ideally candidates will live in the Northeast, this is not a requirement.
Lead, facilitate and execute cross-divisional Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) deals by collaborating with Stryker sales personnel from multiple divisions, maximizing total Stryker revenue and profitability over the life of the agreement. Partner with internal resources/dedicated ASC organization to assist in managing the end-to end process, including data analysis, proposal generation, agreement creation, and deal monitoring.
- Lead, facilitate and execute cross-divisional ASC deals by “connecting the dots” between targeted ASC customers and Stryker sales force
- Maximize Stryker revenue and profitability opportunity with ASC end customers by facilitating dialogue and collaboration between local Stryker sales personnel from multiple divisions
- Collaborate with internal and external functional departments including Finance, Marketing, Legal, National Accounts and Strategic Contracting to streamline contract execution and enhance customer experience
- Partner with the dedicated internal ASC organization to assist in managing the end-to end process, including data analysis, proposal generation, agreement creation, and deal monitoring
- Serve as primary liaison between ASC customer and Stryker sales reps; primary liaison between ASC customer and Stryker internal functions
- Grow Stryker ASC program in predefined territory by converting both competitive accounts and Non-ASC Stryker customers
- Identify and propose Stryker ASC sales, program and service solutions that most appropriately meet customer needs
- Collaborate with local sales personnel to identify and vet prospective ASC customers
- Lead appropriate Stryker ASC offense for both new build and existing ASC facilities
- Serve as single point of contact for ASC customers
- Effectively articulate clinical features and benefits of the ASC program, including program identified “anchor products”
- Maintain a broad base knowledge of procedural capital equipment, disposable products, implants, and service
- Facilitate VIP tours for both existing and prospective customers to Stryker ASC Centers of Excellence
- Serve as final authority in cross-divisional deals to execute ASC agreement in best interest of both Stryker and ASC customer, while maximizing revenue and profitability
- Perform consultative business reviews with ASC customer to ensure customer satisfaction and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with ASC key decision makers, including executive staff and administration
- Make appropriate suggestions to target new business and grow market share
- Share and socialize ASC best practices, market trends, etc. with sales organization and leadership
- Provide sales performance updates to both sales and executive leadership as necessary
- Ensure deals/contracts are compliant with ASC metrics
Education and Special Training
- Bachelor’s degree required
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience (preferably in Medical Device).
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a high problem solving and process improvement orientation.
- Manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and still maintain workflow / output.
- Excellent and proven time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
Physical Requirements
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability.
