Job description

Join a team that helps keep procurement operations running smoothly through reliable systems, quality data, and actionable insights. In this role, you will support global procurement processes by managing system performance, maintaining data integrity, and delivering analytics that help teams make informed business decisions. You will collaborate across Procurement, Information Technology, Quality, and other functions while contributing to reporting, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor procurement systems, integrations, workflows, and automated processes to maintain data accuracy and operational continuity.
  • Maintain supplier master data and investigate data quality issues to support timely resolution and compliance standards.
  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze procurement and business datasets to identify trends, risks, process improvement opportunities, and automation solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, system enhancements, and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and support system and reporting solutions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide analytical and operational support for special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in analytics, procurement, supply chain, business systems, master data management, or a related function.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement applications, or business systems administration.
  • Experience supporting master data management processes.
  • Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
