Job description
The Analyst, Field Operation Services is responsible for the analysis of our Field Inventory within the Stryker organization, Marketing Services, and Event Workshops. Develop and maintain relationships within the Marketing, Medical Education, and Finance organizations; process standardization; and the establishment of controls and reporting.
What you will do:
Along with the daily communication with process partners through emails, phone calls, and attending meetings, the Analyst, Commercial Operations will help through the following:
- Develop and improve Power BI reports that monitor Marketing Services & Event Workshop assets.
- Track inventory turns, monitor the inventory size, and adjust when necessary.
- Providing insight to Medical Education and Marketing concerning open vs delinquency.
- Utilize data to create parameters for individual/divisional improvements.
- Coordinate with Demand, Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around the inventory to be used, orders to be placed, new product launches, and strategies.
- Quarterly reviews with leadership, presenting key performance indicators and process improvements.
- Communicating issues/opportunities with Finance, Medical Education, and Marketing
What you need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Power BI
Preferred:
- SAP/QRD (ERP) experience preferred
- DDM experience preferred
- Customer service or customer-oriented call center type environment preferred
- Business analyst or marketing analyst experience preferred
- Business support experience preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a global organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
