Your Key Responsibilities

  • Start with a comprehensive onboarding and training phase to learn about our product portfolio and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify, analyse, and engage new customers while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.

  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies, negotiating with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, and decision-makers.

  • Demonstrate and train hospital professionals on product usage, providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.

  • Represent Stryker at congresses, seminars, and business meetings to network, learn, and identify new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in capital equipment or medical device sales.

  • Commercial mindset: You understand the capital sales business and are eager to learn and grow.

  • Resilient and driven: You are passionate about medical technology, goal-oriented, and have a track record of achieving targets.

  • Customer-focused: You can build and nurture relationships, understanding the needs of healthcare professionals.

  • Team player: You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a dynamic sales team.

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related medical field.

  • Language skills: Fluency in Dutch and English.

  • Valid driver’s license: As travel within the territory is required.

Territory & Location

This role covers the South of the Netherlands.

Main cities in this territory include: Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Breda, Nijmegen, Arnhem, Maastricht, and Den Bosch.
