With our continued growth in Hong Kong, we have a new opportunity for a Sales professional to join us as Account Executive. In this role, you will gain knowledge in Trauma, Foot and ankle, Spine business paving the way to more development opportunities in your medical device career.

What You Will Do:

  • Carry out sales and case support activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals within the Implants (Trauma & Spine) portfolio.
  • Support Sales Manager to formulate sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategy.
  • Identify market‐specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.
  • Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
  • Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Stryker's customer base.
  • Prepare monthly reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information, etc.
  • Compile customers‘ feedback to drive improvements in quality of service and to expand business portfolio.

What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Business / Marketing related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years' sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Highly results driven with good negotiation & communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional and team oriented environment.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem solving capabilities.
