  • Independently manage portfolio of finance deals, including but not limited to fee per disposable & rental reconciliations, payments to lenders, payment histories & buyout quote reconciliation as it relates to usage agreements.
  • Maintain receipts and disbursement reports and may submit periodic reports on assigned portfolio to lending partners, divisional contacts and management.
  • Provide records of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions as necessary.
  • Analyze and resolve unique situations requiring little to no guidance.
  • Reconcile receivable accounts & provide accounts receivable or general accounting assistance as needed.
  • Facilitates internal & external audits of Stryker Flex Financial usage portfolio.
  • May interpret reports and records for customers, sales force & divisional contacts.
  • Effectively fill in for other UPA roles as necessary.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on usage agreements for internal operations, external sales, business leaders & end customers.
  • Complete understanding of the captive portfolio.  Provides business units with requested information related to captive, usage agreements.  Works with divisional finance teams on aspects of these agreements such as tax, true-up invoices, etc.
  • Effective communicator, able to translate complicated scenarios into an easier to understand synopsis.
  • Assist in training and development of usage portfolio administrators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in finance
