The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze and forecast financial and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions. Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization's business objectives. Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position. Data analyzed may include revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, cash flow, profits, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.


  • Manage capital appropriation process including, but not limited to, cash flow forecasting, policy administration, and fixed asset controls.
  • Partner with local supply planning team to drive accurate production forecasting and collaborate on inventory reduction identification
  • Support department and site daily/weekly/monthly reporting needs as well as ad hoc support for leadership team
  • Ensure ongoing accuracy of GQO balance sheet


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


  • 2-3 years of previous FP&A or manufacturing accounting experience.
  • Understanding of internal control principles.

  • Technical proficiency of (ERP, Microsoft Office)
