Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) fixed term 24 months in Warszawa at Stryker Corporation

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible to ensure “Best in Class” Customer experience including accurate order management and to look for continuous improvement in the Customer Service area.
  • Identify and assess Customers’ needs to achieve Customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing high quality service.
  • Checking the availability of products with supply chain and locating and relocating products to other commission if needed or requested by the internal Customers.
  • Timely preparing and collecting price lists and uploading them into the system and taking care about all missing prices in the system.
  • Uploading agreements to the database and checking the expire date, monitoring and preparing report with feedback.
  • Management of various order types including consignment stock orders, Custom made product orders, standard orders, pending orders, deferred purchase order (where applicable) and consume and replenish order flows from Customers placed with Stryker via all potential channels (including EDI, phone, mail, fax, etc.) and ensure correct and timely provided data into the system and communicated to the team.
  • Resolve internal Customer requirements on time by clarifying internal customer feedback and complaints; following up to ensure resolution to the Customer’s satisfaction per company procedures and standards.
  • Close cooperation with other departments to ensure high service level of daily duties and requests.

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
  • Advanced communication capabilities in English and Polish (verbal and writing)
  • Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills
  • Extra-ordinary focus on Customer Service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Can-do attitude, responsibility
