The Senior Analyst, Finance Training & Development will help execute the Global Finance Training & Development strategy to develop the talent of Stryker’s global finance staff via a blend of custom training and development programs. This role will be the main support for the execution of the Finance & Accounting Rotational (FAR) program and serve as one of the main program management office (PMO) contacts. In addition, the role will assist with campus brand building, coordinating the summer internship program and supporting multiple classroom training events.

What you will do


  • Participate in campus brand building activities and help execute Finance internship events
  • Assist in recruiting and selecting talent for the finance internship and Finance & Accounting Rotational (FAR) program including conducting campus interviews, phone screens and on-site interviews
  • Assist with the execution of all FAR program events including onboarding and regularly scheduled meetings
  • Own development of and execution of various FAR Program communications


  • Support the development and execution of domestic and international classroom trainings
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for technical finance/accounting and general leadership capability sessions


  • Own the vendor relationships and administration of our virtual training platform
  • Learn about other functions of the team and support as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with concentration in Accounting or Finance required. Certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CIA).

What you need

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting / Finance roles required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • CPA, CMA or MBA strongly preferred
  • Expertise in HFM strongly preferred
