Manage technical support of basic and self-serve customers as well as distribution partners who purchase Automated External Defibrillator Products. Work with customers and distributors to assist with account creation in the LIFELINK Central system. This is both inbound and outbound, customer-facing role – experience dealing directly with customers at account and technical level is a requirement.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer account set up in the LIFELINK Central system for Stryker distributors and customers with basic, self-service and PAD accounts.
  • Train the customer on the use of the product and complete all associated documentation to ensure device readiness.
  • Become Subject Matter Expert regarding all aspects of Stryker devices and services.
  • Coordinate with other Physio-Control team members (sales and service) and other business. partners to ensure customers and distributors expectations are met.
  • Provide all basic and self-service customers technical support (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating portal information.)
  • Analyze, isolate and troubleshoot root causes of technical problems based on customer input
  • Other related duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in account management, sales support, customer service or project management.
  • At least 1 year experience in providing remote technical or IT support
  • Fluent in English, German language skills

  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Organizational skills – Managing many diverse projects, all with deadlines and different priorities. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task on a daily and weekly basis and demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on-time in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Written and verbal communications skills – Will develop and review a significant amount of outbound content. The ability to write well and convey complex information simply and clearly both verbally and in writing is required for success.
  • Process Management – Proven ability to follow stated procedures as well as refine procedures where appropriate based on new business or customer requirements.
  • Experience in setting up Wifi networks and general connectivity troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft operating systems
  • Experience with remote access and productivity technologies, such as VPN, VPE, Net Meeting, Live meeting
