The goal of this position is to be the influencer that is driven to succeed by using the appropriate account plan for the Endoscopy market in Campania and Molise.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Endoscopy Italy

What you will do:

You pursue new business opportunities and will be building strong and personal relationships with key decision makers within Campania and Molise. You analyze the market and advise the RSM on strategic plans of expanding Sports Medicine market for Stryker Italy.

  • You will supervise, develop and engage with indirect channels sales team
  • You control all resources and materials in the Campania and Molise sales area
  • You optimize all resources and responsibility for the running of a profitable business in this area
  • You will be conducting price negotiations and contract preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion
  • You will be the reference point for the tender process, ensuring proper and compliant interactions are performed in a timely manner
  • You coordinate the distribution and logistics of the product
  • You are the customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
  • You are promoting, presentation and launching products
  • Implement locally the national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in
  • You collaborate with all stakeholders including Business Unit Directors and others
  • You are responsible of the accuracy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis business review to be shared to his/her manager
  • You will supervise agents/dealer activity, ensuring sales pipeline is aligned to business plan/action plans and kept up to date into the corporate systems (ie Nexus)
  • You take the accountability of the KOLs
  • You will fulfill the quality policy and comply with company’s standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones


  • Bring your energy and sales spirit to build the Endo market
  • You are (must be) living in the area Campania and Molise
  • You have a proven sales track record in both selling approx. 5 to 8 years combined with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Bring your knowledge of Endoscopy/ Sports Medicine/ Medical Device environment & Medical Device
  • Are native Italian and fluently in English
  • Bring a strong commercial personality
  • Get up in the morning to win and energize your team
  • Have a customer friendly behaviour which fitting our Stryker culture
  • Are excellent communication, presentation skills and excellent organizational skills combined with being a team player
