The Sales Data Analyst responsible for managing the monthly administration, processing and analytics of distributor tracing reports to support of sales incentive compensation and sales reporting.

What you will do

Tracing Administration

  • Coordinate monthly tracing files received from distributors
  • Identify and resolve disparities in tracing submissions
  • Maintain relationships with distributors’ administrative teams
  • Format and import tracing files into JDE
  • Answer any questions on tracings from the sales teams
  • Support the Sales Commission team with requested analytics

Distributor Contract Support

  • Support the finance and legal team in updating distributor agreement templates as needed

Sales Territory Analytics

  • Support the sales leadership and finance teams with requested analytics related to territory sizing and establishing annual quotas

What you need

  • Bachelors undergraduate degree or equivalent or 6 years related sales/sales support experience               
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with interest in building strong business partnering relationships; high integrity and self-confidence
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Prior experience with sales teams
  • Familiarity with JDE, QAD, Cognos or similar tools
    Experience in a high technology or medical device manufacturing environment
