Regional Commercial Manager ENT – North Europe in Amsterdam at Stryker Corporation

Stryker is looking for a Regional Commercial Manager for Northern Europe (including Nordic countries and Belgium & Netherlands) for the ENT (Ear/Nose/Throat) business. In this role you will partner with both internal Stryker interfaces and external distributors to drive the commercial success by meeting patient, provider and customer needs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Set Direction by developing an annual and long-range strategic plan.
  • Lead the channel partners by establishing clear priorities and empowering decentralized decision-making with clear guidance.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Put monitoring and metrics in place to forecast performance, monitor activity and measure success.
  • Communicates with the global marketing team on the development and execution of new product launches to ensure the distributor sales teams are fully trained and equipped to succeed.
  • Co-develop and supports local KOL (Key Opinion Leader) action plans.
  • Maintain high level of technical knowledge and train distributor sales teams with varied backgrounds.
  • Provide sales leadership support to key external events (trainings, congresses) and internal meetings.
  • Build relationships with key customers (clinical and economic), executing on strategic action plans.
  • Conduct regular field rides to support key customers, coach and conduct business reviews with team.

The successful candidate needs

  • Several years of experience gained in Sales & Marketing fields of an international Medical Devices Company.
  • Ideally degree in Economics with focus on Sales & Markting (paramedical or equivalent). Master Degree is preferred.

  • Good at negotiations and networking.

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) and one native language in the region.
