What you will do

Stryker is a brand that stands for quality, and we take pride in proactively building quality into our products. As a Quality Engineer, you will support manufacturing from receipt of raw materials through production. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute standard processes, product protocols, and author technical documents including test protocols, reports and engineering studies.
  • Provide statistical rationale for sample size analysis of test data.
  • Analyze, design, and/or improve standard manufacturing procedures.
  • Root Cause investigations following 4D methodology and determining effective Corrective / Preventative Actions.

What you need

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and work on large cross-functional and diverse teams
  • Experience within pharmaceutical/medical device/manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with FDA CFR 210, 211, 820, ISO 13485 (medical device standard), and ISO 14971 (risk management standard) preferred.
  • Data analysis (statistical analysis, sampling plans, statistical process control, Minitab) experience is preferred.
