ProCare Sales Analyst in San Jose, CA at Stryker Corporation

General Description:

Engage the Endoscopy Sales force and internal resources to drive on-time contract renewals.  Work with MedSurg ProCare Marketing & Sales organizations to develop and manage comprehensive sales and growth strategy.  Identify and target opportunities in key accounts and accelerate growth using internal/external channels, pricing strategy, contracts. Develop, implement and enhance analytical tools; provide training, systems support and marketing materials as necessary to promote Stryker ProCare products in key/target accounts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzes current existing Protect customers to identify growth opportunities
  • Partners with Endoscopy, and ProCare (MS) Sales and Marketing Leadership to develop  GPO / IDN strategy
  • Partners with NAMs, CAMs, Endoscopy sales teams to strategically position customized ProCare proposals & negotiations with GPOs, IDNs, key/target accounts.
  • Leads efforts in the communication and plan for targeting new sales opportunities based on
  • Improved cross-Divisional partnership by acting as a conduit for communication regarding sales contract opportunities.
  • Provide timely, informative data that enables field Sales to make effective pricing and programming decisions
  • Work to develop and implement data reports to validate program performance; present results of programs to management
  • Develops improved metrics and accountability through customer data.
  • Continuously assess existing Protect customers to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Training team and participate in the training when applicable

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred but not required
  • 2+ Years of medical device experience
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,

and percentages, as well as analyze statistical and financial data.

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to understand and follow spreadsheets and contract language
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
